Water Tower Network – a learning cohort, led by @bryanjarrett, of pastors leading churches in rural America.

God has also given us a desire to minister to under-resourced and the overlooked
pastors of small town churches in rural America. In 2012, we founded a ministry called the Water Tower Leadership Network. Through this network, we have had the privilege to mentor and train rural pastors from the heartland of America. We resource these ministers, invest in their families, come alongside their churches and train them for the challenges of rural ministry. Learn More

Helping Small Churches Make a BIG Impact In Rural Communities

The Small Town Big Church Network is a growing community of small-town and rural church pastors and leaders who believe our God is capable of doing BIG things in small places.
This is a place to share helpful content, learn from one another, and encourage one another to be all that God is calling us to be. Feel free to invite other pastors and church leaders into this group!  Learn More

Small Town USA is a group of churches teaming up to plant Vineyard churches in small towns across America.

How will we do this?

Engage Area Leaders & churches with the goal of starting church planting triads (3 churches partnering with each other as well as coaching one another towards planting a small town church)

Encouraging methods that lead to disciples of Jesus making disciples. This is not only Biblical it is foundational to ongoing sustainable leadership development. From that group churches will identify future planters.

Equip planters for the unique challenges of small town planting via blogs, webinars & conferences.

Village Missions exists to glorify Jesus Christ by developing spiritually vital country churches in rural North America. We fulfill this aim by placing pastors in small town and rural churches that might otherwise have to close, and in doing so, preserve the Gospel presence in over 220 communities across the United States and Canada. Rural Home MissionaryAssociation – Planting and Strengthening Churches in Small -Town America

Our purpose is two-fold: to plant and to strengthen churches in small-town America (usually towns of 5,000 or less).

It is not our purpose to duplicate the many efforts to plant churches in the larger towns and cities. RHMA plants and develops churches in a diversified and spiritually neglected non-urban society.

Our purpose as a church-planting agency is fulfilled as we apply biblical principles and objectives when moving into a community to establish a new church. Learn More

Taking the Gospel Mission Seriously in Seemingly Unimportant Places

Small Towns are big mission fields that are almost totally neglected by modern church planters & leaders.
Donnie Griggs, founder and Author of Small Towns Jesus wrote this book and launched his website to remind people, including church planters and leaders, of this truth so that we can begin to see a shift in church culture towards focusing equally on both big cities and small towns. His hope is that this will lead to great churches in every small town around the world making much of Jesus.

Donnie launched Small Town Jesus Conference to help better equip the local rural, small-town church. Learn More
